Repairs & Returns Policy
When Can You Return an EKKO Product?
- We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or the incorrect product has been shipped to you.
- Any manufacturing defects? We’ll repair them at no cost to you—or discuss a fair solution.
- Sorry, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Warranty Information
We stand by our products and offer warranties on select items to keep you adventuring stress-free.
What’s Covered:
- Rooftop Tents: 2-year comprehensive warranty.
- Awnings: 1-year warranty.
If you experience any manufacturing faults, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer compensation. Rest assured, we assess each situation carefully and act in your best interest.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage due to improper use, installation errors, weather-related incidents (like strong winds or storms), general wear and tear, or other environmental factors like UV damage or rust. Maintaining your gear is important—make sure you follow proper usage instructions to get the most out of your equipment.
